THE ONLIVE UNSOLICITED IDEAS POLICY

OnLive appreciates your enthusiasm and support of the OnLive Game Service, and the time and energy you spend suggesting improvements and changes to it. Our policy, however, is not to accept or consider any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, proposals, comments or materials (“Submissions”). The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings in the event there are OnLive products, services or features that appear to be similar or identical to ideas submitted to OnLive.

Terms Relating to Submissions

If, despite our policy, you elect to submit your ideas to OnLive, then regardless of what your correspondence says, the following terms shall apply to your Submissions. You agree that:

1. OnLive will consider the Submissions to be non-confidential and non-proprietary.
2. OnLive shall have no obligations concerning the Submissions, including but not limited to, no obligation to return any materials or acknowledge receipt of any Submissions.
3. OnLive may use, redistribute, or disclose the Submissions for any purpose and in any way, without any compensation to you or any third party.

Feedback

While we cannot accept unsolicited ideas, OnLive is always pleased to receive feedback regarding its existing features. Please only provide specific feedback on existing features, and do not include ideas that our policy will not permit us to accept or consider. For example, please do not provide any suggestions or ideas for new products or services. You can submit feedback at support@onlive.com.

Any feedback you provide is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary. OnLive shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis, without any compensation to you or any third party.
